“Caoineadh” is a zine made in aid of the Madi family in Gaza. It takes a section of text from Caoineadh Airt Uí Laoire (The Lament of Art O’Leary) by Eibhlín Dubh Ní Chonail and overlays it on illustrations which reflect both the contemporary forced starvation of the gazan people and histories of forced starvation in Ireland.
“hot cockles” is a zine about the history and cooking culture surrounding shellfish and crustaceans in Ireland, in particular how that history intersects with women.
“the lamp of hospitality” is a zine about the history and mythology of Irish hospitality
