“Daily Practice” Sequential Tiles
Created as part of my final year project about domestic cooking.
A sequential narrative of hand built clay tiles, illustrated in colouring pencil.
The narrative explores my personal relationship to the repetetive nature of daily cooking, comparing it to the repetitiveness of developing muscle memory and the repetitiveness of certain religious practice.
This work was featured in Vittles Magazine as part of an essay I wrote about my final year NCAD project (2023).
